The book is well-structured, with everything clearly devided and highlighted. It includes tables and diagrams, so you never feel lost and can easily stay focused on the key points. /the uathor ecplains the specifics of thr female body after 50, including the physiological processes women go through, how hormones function, and how food affects the bosy. Metabolic switching is not onlu clearly described but also illustarted, making it easy to understand. The book presents different methods of intermittent fasting based on time schedules and levels of difficulty, helping you choose the most convenient approach. It also offers helpful routine plans and explains how to integrate fasting into your daily life, rather than treating is as something separtae. Overall, it provides a lot of detailed and pratical advice. One of my best purchase on Amazon in the past few weeks.
