Great easy recipe options
I REALLY like this Keto recipe book. I picked it up, because I’ve been living the Keto-Intermittent Fasting lifestyle for a few years now, so I’m often on the lookout for new recipes. And as soon as I opened to the first recipe, I knew I’d made the right choice. The recipe was for pudding, and I’ve been wanting a good keto-friendly pudding recipe. Then, a few pages later, I also appreciated the breakfast taco recipe, because it included a keto taco shell. I usually just eat these without the shell, but now I don’t have to. Yay! Actually, there were lots of recipes in this book that I haven’t seen before, and I’m really excited to try them out. The book also came with some simple tips to adapting to the Keto-intermittent fasting diet and included some meal plans and shopping lists at the back. Definitely recommended for anyone interested in the keto diet.
