Healthy food Healthy life

I am not a foodie but very health oriented.I was always curious about this particular diet and this is having great info with calories.I enjoyed it and Will try also.Thanks for a great book with lovely pictures

Fresh, Clear, and Easy to Follow

The color pictures are a nice bonus because they make the recipes feel more inviting and easier to imagine before cooking. I also appreciated the 30-day meal plan since it gives some structure instead of leaving you to figure everything out from scratch.

Good Mediterranean recipe collection

I love Mediterranean cuisine, and this collection has earned a worthy place in my collection. It's convenient that the ingredients aren't fancy, but rather simple; I could easily find them at the grocery store, which is convenient. Of course, I had to search for the spices, but the recipe is perfect. I'm happy with it.
