the core message is really solid
I picked this up during a period when my head just wouldn’t switch off. Too much thinking, not enough clarity. The book isn’t about quick fixes or forced positivity. It explains in simple terms how we get caught up in our own thoughts and why fighting them usually makes things worse. That perspective alone was useful. Some parts go a bit abstract toward the end, but the core message is solid: awareness over control. Not a magic solution, but it gave me a clearer way to look at what’s going on inside my own mind.
Useful book for me
The Great Secret of Life is a very useful book. It helped me rethink stress, which is so draining. And this book is unlike others; I found it to have a deeper meaning. Therefore, I highly recommend it.
