A Mediterranean Cookbook That Actually Makes Sense for One Person

One of my favorite ways to cook is Mediterranean and the more feta the better. This cookbook delivers on the number of recipes, although not all have photos; there are plenty to get your imagination and taste buds going. The salads are wonderful as well, fresh and full of flavor.

Wow! This cook book is chock full of recipes for those following a Mediterranean Diet! It includes a 30 day meal plan and the categories are original, no breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts! From "Warm Bowls and Savory Skillets" to "Light But Satisfying Plates" to "Savory Bites and Small Plates", there over a dozen categories to choose from. The photos are vivid and beautiful. There are two recipes per page, so it is full, full, full of simple Mediterranean recipes to enjoy!
