Great for kids who love baseball
The chapters aren’t too long, so it keeps kids from getting bored, but they still have enough detail to make the players feel real. Some of the stories even led to good conversations between us about trying your best and handling failure. Another I liked is that the writing is simple enough for kids to understand, but not childish. I actually enjoyed reading it myself.

This book features carefully selected stories that teach us important lessons. At first, I was drawn in by the beautiful illustrations, but with each story we read together, with my younger son and I realized just how great this book really is.The author did an amazing job! Highly recommend!
